Kristi Nicole

Thank you for giving me the opportunity to share a bit about myself, what brought me into real estate, and why I love helping buyers and sellers in the Pierce County area.

I grew up in North-Metro Atlanta, GA where I attended Kennesaw State University and met my husband there. We purchased our first home in 2009 with all the money we had at the time; a scary and exciting decision to commit to such an investment at the age of 21! I loved searching for homes and found a foreclosure that needed some TLC. We lived in the home for about a year and fixed it up, only to be forced to move the very next year to Charleston, SC. We decided to rent our home and I became a landlord at 22 years old.

Fast forward to 2019 and we’ve moved six times, purchased four properties and sold two. I’ve used VA loans and even purchased our home in Bremerton from NY, sight-unseen! I know what it means to move and I know the value of a great real estate broker willing to go the extra mile. I have a passion for people and the opportunity for both long term wealth and short term cash flow that real estate can provide.

In my spare time, I love skiing/snowboarding with my two boys, Mason and Danny, and exploring the Pacific Northwest. I also love to rock climb, paint, draw, read and just enjoy life as much as possible.
